What is The HoneyBar?

The HoneyBar is a dryhire bartending service that brings the party to you! Our 1983 VW horse trailer bar has been serving up delicious drinks and good vibes since 2022, and is guaranteed to be the life of any event. We cater to a wide range of occasions, from weddings, corporate events to baby showers and birthdays!

Do you supply the alcohol?

Michigan liquor laws prevent us from obtaining a liquor license, But That's no problem! Although we can't carry a liquor license, rest assured that we will provide you with an itemized shopping list of alcohol once you finalize your menu. The best part? You can purchase it from any store you want, which will save you a considerable amount of money!

What do you provide?

The bar has got you covered for any event you're planning! They provide the full package- glasses, straws, napkins, ice, coolers, garnishes, syrups, and fresh squeezed juices. Plus, they come with their own squad of skilled bartenders and even create personalized menu signs!

What is your refund policy?

We require a 50% nonrefundable deposit to book your event. The final payment isn’t due until 1-2 weeks before your event date and once that payment is made– it cannot be refunded. While we do not refund payment– they are fully transferable if postponed no later than 2 weeks before you event date.

Where are you located?

We are located in Paw Paw, MI but we love to travel! Travel within 30 miles is included in our packages. After that we charge $2/mile for each additional mile.

Do you have a rain date policy?

Unfortunately due to previously booked events, we are unable to accept cancellations due to rain. However, we are more than

willing to collaborate with your tent vendor to identify the ideal size tent for our mobile bar in the event of rain.

Do I have to use the trailer?

Nope! We are more than happy to bartend your event with or

without the horse trailer.

What are the requirements for the bar?

The honeyBar is 17ft long x 7 ft wide, but will need 20 ft x 10ft of

space. Our bar requires a flat ground and clear access for setup,

service and breakdown. We also require one standard outlets within

150ft of the trailer. But we can always add a generator to your

pricing if there is no electricity available!

Are you licensed and insured?

We carry liquor liability and general liability insurance to cover

our services. All bartenders are TAMS/TIPS certified.

Do you supply Coffee/Tea/Mocktails?

While we don’t offer hot coffee or tea service we do have some great coffee cocktails on our cocktail menu! That being said we LOVE mocktails. Whether it is an all sober event or adding a couple to the menu to have

otions for everyone!

Can you provide a cash bar?

No. Unfortunately, as we do not have a liquor license, we cannot

collect money in exchange for alcoholic beverages. Although, if

you are a nonprofit feel free to reach put to go over some options!
